For me, every consulting engagement has its own source of fun and learning and its own opportunity to make a difference.

My first challenge is to discover this source. It is the mystery that eludes and yet calls out to all of me.

The discovery of this source provides the energy required for the engagement.

Sigh!!! sometimes this is an effortless discovery and sometimes not.

Every day is another day spent in becoming an expert at this effortless discovery!

and when it happens, it seems as if I have spent all my life practicing for now!

Then, if I translate into Japanese, many people who understand Japanese can be passed on his wisdom, too.

This challenge was started from such a desire.
